Once a Program is open for texting, Texters can begin requesting texts to send to conversations by following these steps:
- Select an “Open” Program by clicking the Program name.
- Review the Program’s details and click the “Start Texting” button.
- On the Program Inbox, click the “Request Texts” button in the upper left corner of the screen.
Why am I not receiving texts?
Occasionally, a Texter may click the “Request Texts” button and find that they do not receive texts immediately following the request. This may happen for a few reasons:
Text request is being reviewed
Some Workspaces will review texts and give feedback before assigning the next batch of Contacts. If this “moderation” is enabled, a message will pop up after requesting additional conversations.
Until the text request is approved, the “Request Texts” button will say “Requested,” indicating that a Moderator is reviewing texts. Once approved, a notification will notify the User that Conversations are ready to send.
Until your texts are approved, the green 'Request Texts' button will say 'Requested,' indicating that a moderator is reviewing your texts. Once your texts are approved, you will receive a notification that your request has been approved and you have received your texts.
Text request is dismissed
No more available conversations in a Program
Occasionally, a Workspace Administrator or Moderator may approve text requests, but there are no more conversations left to send. They may plan to add more contacts later and resume texting.
