Once you have accessed your program you can begin the process of requesting texts to send to contacts. Follow these steps:
- Select an 'OPEN' Program
- Select the green 'Start Texting' button to get to your Inbox for that program.
- Once in the Inbox, click the green 'Request Texts' button in the upper left-hand corner to receive a new batch of texts.
If You're Not Receiving Texts...
At times, you may click the green 'Request Texts!' button and find that you don't receive texts following your request. If this happens, the following reasons may be why.
Your texts are being reviewed
Some Workspaces will opt to review texts and give feedback before assigning the next batch of texts. A message will pop up after requesting texts.
Until your texts are approved, the green 'Request Texts' button will say 'Requested,' indicating that a moderator is reviewing your texts. Once your texts are approved, you will receive a notification that your request has been approved and you have received your texts.
NOTE: You may need to refresh your browser to see the new texts
Your request for texts was dismissed
If a program administrator dismisses your request for any reason, you will receive a notification stating that your request was dismissed. You may also have received feedback, which is available on the All Program screen.
There are no more available texts in the Program
You may have requested texts at the same time as another texter who received the final texts available in the program. In this case, your program administrator may approve your text requests, but there are simply no more to send. Check with your program administrator to see if they see any texts left.
