Workspaces are where all texting activity occurs. Texters must join a Workspace to text for an organization.
Workspace Landing Page
After entering a Workspace, Users are directed to the “Texting Programs” screen displaying a list of the Workspace's Active Programs.
Each Program will indicate if it is open for texting and its completion. The User’s personal Program information is displayed and includes how many texts have been sent, how many replies are waiting for a response, and any flagged texts.
Any of the columns can sort the order of the Programs listed on the screen by clicking the sort arrows next to the column header. Use the search bar to filter as well. To text for a Program, click the name of the Program.
What is Feedback? This section will contain any feedback a Texter has received from a Moderator if the Workspace is using that feature. If it is blank, then either no feedback has been given or the Workspace is not using the optional moderation feature.
Program Information Page
After selecting a Program, Texters will be directed to the Program Information page. This page will show the Program name, instructions, and Workspace stats. The “Program Completion & Leaderboard” section shows Program completion and which volunteers have sent the most texts.
If there are no resources listed in the "About this Program" or “i” button, the Administrator has not provided any information.
The Program Inbox screen is divided into 3 sections:
- The left contains the "Request Texts" button and "Reply Queue." Users can request texts, view conversations that are ready to reply, flagged, or completed.
- The center contains the "Conversation Panel." Users can respond, read, and take any actions needed for a conversation.
- The right contains the Program’s Recommended Replies to send to a Contact and save any free-form data or surveys.
The “About this Program” information can be accessed by selecting the “i” button in the top right corner of the toolbar either from the Program information screen or the Inbox.
