Using the Incorrect Email or Password
Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login page at textout.app.
You will be prompted to enter the email address you used to create your account. A password reset link will be sent to your email.
If you do not see the password reset email, check your spam folder. If you still do not see it, contact your workspace administrator to make sure you've entered the same email address as you used to create your TextOut account.
You've Reset the Wrong Account
If you happen to have more than one TextOut account, and you tried to reset your password while experiencing login issues, you may have reset the password for the incorrect account. Please make sure that when you are resetting your password, that you are using the correct email address for the account you are primarily using with TextOut. If you find you have more than one TextOut account, please choose one account to use primarily for texting.
You Need a Hard Reload
If you are receiving an error message when attempting to login, it may be that you need to hard reload your browser. A hard reload is a way of clearing the browser's cache for a specific page, to force it to load the most recent version of a page.
