A Texter may use free-form data to fill in extra information received from a Contact if enabled by a Program Admin. Examples of typical free-form data captured are:
- Corrected District
- Corrected State
- Email Address
- First Name
- Last name
- New Phone
For example, if a Contact actually lives in Texas, not Wisconsin, then the Texter would update the Contact info by adding Texas to a "Corrected State" free-form data field.
