If you believe you've sent a reply message and it shows as 'Not Delivered', there are two possible reasons for this error message.
- You have clicked the Send Button without any text in the Text Box. To avoid this, make sure that you have entered text in the Text Box before clicking Send and sending the message.
- The contact's cell phone carrier has blocked the text from reaching the contact's cell phone device.
