Workspace and Division Administrators can choose to require "2-click" sending for "Initial Outbound" messages. Administrators can enable this setting at the Workspace or Division level.
Important: Enabling 2-click sending at the Workspace level cannot be disabled at the Division level.
Texters must click on the outbound message, and the message will activate the “Send” button (changing color from gray to green). The Texter must click again to send the message to the Contact.
- To enable 2-Click sending at the Workspace level: Go to “Workspace Settings” ❯ “Details” and click the button at the bottom of the page.
- To enable 2-Click sending at the Division level: Go to “Divisions” ❯ Create or Edit a Division ❯ “Details” and click the button at the bottom of the page.
